The roles we recruit for:
Different people use different job titles for the same thing. It’s more a matter of what you want to do or have done. Our golden rule is that if it’s phone based and has to do with promotion or sales, then we recruit for it.
Job Roles are often called different things by different people. For example, Lead Generation, Appointment Making and Sales Pipeline Development are often seen as Telemarketing activities, yet many people call them Telesales. Others see Telesales as having to incorporate closing deals on the phone.
Nobody is right and nobody is wrong, particularly as different dictionaries give contradicting definitions to this!
This is further complicated by some jobs involving a mixture of these activities. For example, some Inside Sales roles involve opening new accounts, yet others don’t (Inside Sales is often called Internal Sales anyway).
So the label we give the activity is not the key. The key is the activity itself.
